We dislike only a few things here at Competitive Methods. Here's one of them:

The Award for worst host ever goes to Interland. There were no credible runners-up in this award category folks. Interland so far outstrips the rest of the field in the performance indices of spotty-to-bad support, surly support personnel, inconsistent service, and disreputable sales people and billing practices, that no others even come close.

Like cancer distributor, er -cigarette maker Philip Morris is trying to do with their new name, Altria Group, if Interland successfully pulls a bait-and-switch name change to iNNERHOST (That's i N N E R H O S T folks) they may last another year before they destroy the credibility of that brand as well, but I doubt it.

Please people, if you have to pick a hosting provider, do yourself a favor, get blind drunk, and randomly pick a provider, any provider, from a list that excludes these folks - Honestly, you can do no worse than Interland.

Do not even get me started on Network Solutions...but that's another rant for another day.
